Mountain Molding offers full tooling support throughout our customers’ entire product lifecycle, from design and development through full production. 

 

We maintain in-house toolmaking operations, including mold design and construction, supported by CAD/CAM, CNC machining, and EDM machining processes.  These capabilities are augmented with established supplier partnerships, providing expertise in specific areas such as insert mold development, and hot runner mold construction, and rapid tooling alternatives.

 

Molds that have been qualified and released for production are maintained through thoroughly documented mold maintenance procedures, assuring excellent care and maximum life expectancy for your molds.
